I recently purchased The Simple Path to Wealth: Your road map to financial independence and a rich, free life for my nephew’s birthday. He recently turned 16 and started his first job. I’m hoping he takes an interest in learning about money and building wealth. Before I gave it to him, I quickly read it myself. I don’t think he would mind.
Note, I read most of the articles Mr. Collins has on his website. What I found in the book was a recap of the content found on his website, but since I had not actually purchased the book, I wanted to read it before I gifted it.
One of the reasons I purchased this book specifically is because of how many times it gets mentioned on the Bigger Pocket’s Money Podcast. A lot of the guests have recommended it, so I figured it would be a great gift for someone starting on their own financial journey.
I read The Simple Path to Wealth: Your road map to financial independence and a rich, free life in June 2021, but just now getting around to writing an article about it and to remind myself that I did indeed read the full book this year.
If you are looking for some solid financial reading, I also recommend you get a copy of Jim Collins book. Don’t be afraid of any technical terms or math, it’s really not like that at all, It is easy to read and easy to comprehend the content.
