I’VE BEEN interested in getting back into real estate investing. Even after the real estate collapse and financial crisis of 2007, 2008. I still think real estate is the best vehicle to financial independence and financial freedom.
Social distancing and not having a day job has left me with plenty of time to study real estate investing. I’ve dedicated some of my free time to really digging into my failures from the past. I’m hoping that analyzing my mistakes and spending more time researching and studying, I’ll become a better real estate investor.
I discovered Bigger Pockets this year as I was studying and researching real estate investing. Little did I know that my local library had: Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat: The BRRRR Rental Property Investment Strategy Made Simple
Lucky or unlucky, this was also the time of the virus crisis so our library closed and told people to hold onto their materials. So I get to keep this book for the foreseeable future. A great time to curl up on the couch and read.
Reading this book along with listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast has been very valuable and enlightening and highly recommended if your into real estate investing.
