I was new to real estate investing when I purchased: Confessions of a Real Estate Mini-Mogul
I don’t remember where the event was, but I do remember hearing the author speak. I purchased his book and also had the opportunity to have him autograph it.
I’m thankful, it’s a nice addition to add to my library.
