I OFTEN listen to books in my car during my commute to and from my day job.

I recently borrowed Kristi Ling’s book “Operation Happiness”

So I didn’t actually seek out a Happiness book per say. I just found his available as I was browsing the audio books from my library.

Since I always enjoy self-help related books, I decided download and listen to it.

I found Operation Happiness: The 3-Step Plan to Creating a Life of Lasting Joy, Abundant Energy, and Radical Bliss to be an interesting book. I was much more impressed with it the more I got into it.

There were definitely some bits and pieces of vale I gained from listening to it.

For most audio-books I listen to them multiple times. There are inevitably times during heavy traffic or other noises and distractions were I miss pieces. Listing to books multiple times ensure I get the missing pieces and also enforces what I’m listening too.

I don’t always like buying books. If I can get it from the library that is always my first option.

I created this article to remind myself that I listened to this book in January (2018).

Did you read it? What did you think?
