For those of you just joining me. I’ve decided to run a little experiment and keep track of my Jewel-Osco Saturday Morning Sampler Free items. Here is the one item from this weeks ad.

Lesson learned from today. When I went to check out this item was not registering as free. When I reviewed the coupon again I noticed the image was showing the blueberry flavor. Both the cashier and I were thinking that maybe it was restricted to certain flavors again.
So I took the raspberry flavor back and grabbed the blueberry one. Even after this, it was still not registering after entering running through the checkup process.
Both the cashier and I both entered the phone number and scanned if a few times. It never ran up as the free.
Anyway the casher ended up zeroing out the price and giving it to me free. The problem is this doesn’t show up under my total savings on the app of my phone. Oh well, I got the item for free, but its a good thing to check your receipt before heading out of the store.
