6 Books That Have Influenced My Life?

I’m not going to lie to you, I got the idea for this article from Tim Ferris’s 5-bullet Friday email.

If I remember correctly this is one of the questions he ask the guest he interviews.

It compelled me to think about and answer these question for myself.

For me the following books have influenced me in some way. I’m not sure what the deciding line is for influence or just something that resonates more with you when you read a book.

I’ve realize some books have more of an impact depending on where you are in your life.

There are of course more books, it’s just that these are the ones that come to mind and in conversation more often than other books I’ve read.

So without further delay here are 6 books that have influence or had an impact in my life.

Do any of these books resonate with you? Which one is your favorite? Please comment below

When I started thinking about this article I went looking for my copy.

Unfortunately I don't remember what happened to it. I guess I'll add it to my Christmas list.

Vagabonding, really resonated with the way I felt about traveling when I was younger. Rolf Potts explains the feeling well.

At least my local library has it available, which is book you seen in the image.
How could any list be complete without Dale Carnegie's, How to Win Friends & Influence People?

A classic that to this day is difficult to borrow from my local library, as it is always checked out.

One of my favorite things to do is get the audio version and listen to it while driving.

Believe me, this is much better then listening to the news.
If you know me well, then most likely you've heard me talk about my obsession with old post offices.

When I found Howard's book I was immediately intrigued. You can imagine my delight when I received a phone call from Mr. Hull himself.

You have inspired me to write my own book on Post Offices Mr. Hull. Thank you
If you have any interest in business, entrepreneurship or getting rich.

Then you will eventually find Think and Grow Rich.

This is another great classic, but I don't need to tell you that.

Just check out all those reviews and comments online.
I've written about Rich Dad Poor Dad before. Click here to see my article and original pictures of the book I bought many years ago.
I'm so happy this is available from my local library on audio. I've been able to listen to this several times since it's so accessible.

I have found myself borrowing this several time to refresh my memory.
