For those of you just joining me. I’ve decided to run a little experiment and keep track of my Jewel-Osco Saturday Morning Sampler Free items. Here are the two items from this weeks ad.

Yeah, I do weird things like this, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Free Sunny D and Frozen Fried Rice today. Are you a MyMixx rewards member?

Did you get your free items this week? Please comment and share below.

I never received an email today for the free items. I did however, log onto the Jewel-Osco mobile phone app to clip my coupons for today. I also never received the receipt in the app. Seems all kinds of technical issues today. I’m not complaining, I scored my free items. Thank you Jewel-Osco.

Updated 3/26 Lesson learned from today

I usually get up early on Saturday morning and walk to my local Jewel. Before I start walking I log onto the Jewel-Osco app and clip the free coupons for the day.

The Sunny D is in the aisle with the other juices and drinks.

The Frozen Fried Rice is next to the Lemon Grass items that were free the other week.  Just in case you are wondering.

Thanks to Tonya for pointing out I missed two more items from this week. I hadn’t scrolled through all the coupons listed listed this week. The free items are usually the first ones you see when you log into the MyMixx app. However, Tonya pointed out if you scroll down the list there were two other coupon’s one for the Teddy SoftBakes and the other for the Milka Oreo Candy Bar.

The Milka Oreo Candy bar was really a coupon for $1.00 off, since the 1.4 oz size was only $1.00 it’s essentially free, but you pay tax on it.

The same was the for the Teddy SoftBakes, you end up paying tax on this one took. My receipt shows a whopping $.06 for the these two items when I went back to the store.
