****SO NO EMAIL TODAY at least on my account.***
Warning Jewel has updated their systems and phone apps. At least for me that meant having to re-register my account. Resetting my password DID NOT WORK. Re-Creating my entire account was the solution, at least that was my experience.
Did you get your free items this week? Please comment and share below.
Lesson learned from today
Had to re-register today in order to get my Free items. At least I was up early to check on this. It would have been frustrating if I hadn’t check this before I headed out to my local Jewel. The screen shots are from my computer and not the app.
In my case I had to re-register in order to get back in the system. The re-set password option advertised did not work at least in my case.
So lesson learned, if you need to get back in to your MyMixx account you MAY need to re-register. And Yes, I used the same email address when I initially signed up for MyMixx. When you request a new password, you get this message.
“The email address you entered does not match our records”
I did not change my email address. So the upgrade must not have carried over current or registered users. At least that was my experience.
I know there are a lot of people who won’t go walking around the store to find one or two free items. But that is why you should follow me. I’ll do searching and hunting for you. At least that’s where you’ll find it at the Crystal Lake Store.
- The milk is in the Dairy Department
- The yogurt is in the dairy department
- The chow mein is in the ethnic aisle or at the front of the store.
